On July 8, 2017 Brian Puckett taught a Garden2Table demo at the Helena Farmers Market. During the event, Brian discussed the importance of sourcing your own vegetables along with completing a cooking demonstration for a Fried Green Tomato Stack and Rosemary Infused Grilled Chicken. Not only did this event feature Puckett's culinary skills, but continued the Board's promotion of community involvement and sustainability.
